Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the jeta5 platform ("Platform") and its users ("Member" or "you"). By accessing the jeta5 platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms apply to all jeta5 services, including sports betting, online casino games, live casino, slots, bingo, and other gaming services. In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply and are considered an integral part of these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the jeta5 platform.

Account Registration

2.1 Registration Process

To use services on jeta5, you must create a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. jeta5 reserves the right to immediately terminate any account where false or misleading information has been provided.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Holding multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

Keeping your account login credentials confidential is entirely your responsibility. Never share your password with any third party. Report any unauthorized access to your account to our support team immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jeta5 may request identity verification from a member at any time. The following documents may be required for identity verification:

• Government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving license)
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

jeta5 reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal process if the required documents are not provided.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use the jeta5 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not as a representative of any third party.
• You are not prohibited from online gaming under the laws of any country.
• You are not registered on a voluntary self-exclusion list.
• You are using your own funds and the funds are not from any illegal source.

If a member is found to have created an account while a minor, that account will be immediately terminated and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available on the jeta5 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks). Transactions through any method not on this list are not accepted.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals on jeta5 are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, if KYC verification is not complete or unusual activity is suspected, additional verification may take longer.

4.4 Account Ownership

Deposits and withdrawals must be made only through payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Transactions from accounts registered in a third party's name are prohibited.

4.5 Transaction Restrictions

jeta5 reserves the right to reject or delay any transaction if:

• Identity verification has not been completed
• The wagering requirements on a deposited bonus have not been met
• Money laundering or fraud is suspected
• The account is disputed or under investigation

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jeta5 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. Or if you deposit ৳32,000 you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 and your total balance will be ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 total must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Policy Conditions

• Each bonus offer applies to one account only.
• jeta5 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the bonus conditions are met, the bonus may be cancelled.
• If multiple accounts or fraudulent activity are found, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Each bonus offer may have its own specific expiry period.

5.4 VIP Program

jeta5's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.3% at Silver, up to 0.5% at Gold, up to 0.6% at Platinum, and up to 0.8% at Diamond. Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your activity and participation on the platform.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Principles

All bets on jeta5 are final and cannot be changed once a bet is confirmed. If a bet is incorrectly accepted due to a technical error, jeta5 reserves the right to void that bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

The following rules apply to betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA), kabaddi, and other sports:

• Betting markets will be determined by jeta5 and are subject to change.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, bets will be settled according to jeta5's policy.
• jeta5 reserves the right to change odds, particularly in cases of technical errors or incorrect data from data providers.

6.3 Casino & Slots Games

The outcome of all casino games is determined using a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play. The terms and conditions of the game provider also apply.

Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeta5 platform:

• Any form of fraud, deception, or manipulation.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Betting on behalf of third parties or using their funds.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Misconduct or harassment of other members.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Involvement in match fixing or manipulation of any sporting event.

If a member is found to be involved in any of the above prohibited activities, their account will be immediately terminated, all balances will be forfeited, and applicable legal action may be taken.

8.1 Member Responsibilities

• Change your login password regularly and use a strong password.
• If you log in on someone else's device, make sure to log out at the end of the session.
• Do not respond to phishing or fraudulent messages — jeta5 will never ask for your password via email or message.

Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 Account Closure by Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Please withdraw your remaining balance before making the request. Notify our support team directly to request account closure.

9.2 Account Suspension by jeta5

jeta5 may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering
• Identity Not Verified
• Underage Membership
• Long-term Inactivity

9.3 Inactive Account

For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, jeta5 may take action in accordance with its policy. Our support team will inform you about the specific inactivity period and conditions.

Limitation of Liability

jeta5 will not bear any responsibility for the following:

• Games being interrupted due to internet connection or power outages.
• Delays or errors caused by third parties (game providers, payment processors).
• Any loss resulting from incorrectly provided account information.
• Security risks on a member's own device.
• Financial losses from betting or gaming — gaming is an entertainment service and the possibility of loss exists.

In the event of a technical error, jeta5 will attempt to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. However, jeta5 will not be liable for any loss caused by unavoidable circumstances (force majeure).
